Laura Parsons
Principal and CEO
A fifteen year veteran of the Spa and Wellness industry, Laura has spent her career working with branded and boutique hotels and resorts in the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. Her passion is bridging the gap between vision and execution - bringing all aspects of spa branding and development together into one cohesive business unit.
With extensive experience leading Spa teams of all sizes, Laura blends her operational know-how with proven strategies to boost revenues, increase guest satisfaction, and build happier teams.
Laura has also worked with major skin and body care brands as a business development director - working with Spa operations to create unique solutions to increase guest satisfaction, engage therapists, and drive retail revenues.
She is an expert quality control auditor and assists teams with translating audit results into real, measurable plans for immediate improvement.
Laura is a licensed Aesthetician and Nail Technician, holds certifications in retail management and Spa leadership, and is a well-respected expert in the Spa and Wellness industry, serving for over five years on the Board of Directors of the International Spa Association (ISPA).
Robert Vance
Chief Wellness Officer
With 17-years in the luxury resort environment and almost 20-years in the spa industry Robert has a depth of experience in all phases of spa business development including planning, pre-opening, renovation and ongoing facility management and has honed his experience working with and for some of the most respected brands in the industry including Golden Door, Mii amo, Accor, Four Seasons and Sensei.
His passion lies in translating visions and goals into operational realities, identifying and implementing efficiencies that translate into profitability and curating exceptional and celebrated teams that translate into brand advocacy and industry recognition.
Robert received a B.A. from Pepperdine University and holds certifications in retail management, risk management and wellness coaching. An established and respected presence in the Spa and Wellness industry, Robert has served on the Board of Directors for the International Spa Association (ISPA) and other leadership and executive positions in regional and national associations and organizations.
